This winter we are offering 1 hour of training and playing on Sundays. The LHS Varsity Lacrosse staff will lead the training and roll it into small sided games and then finish each session with some box lacrosse. Players get to train and play on the same day each weekend and develop your team skills to prepare for the spring.
