This winter we are back in full swing with our winter workouts. These weekly sessions will allow your player to get their stick in their hand prior to the spring season and work with coaches to improve fundamentals as well as compete in a pickup setting with their teammates. These are designed for returning and new players and will be grouped accordingly. Returning players should bring full gear to all sessions.
